**Refunds & Complaints**

 

All services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with the results, please notify the stylist/therapist within 48 hours. We may require photo evidence or can arrange a visual inspection. If a mistake is identified on our part, we will do our best to correct it by scheduling a timely follow-up appointment. Please note that the issue must be due to an error on our part, not a change of mind. We are not liable if aftercare instructions have not been followed. If it appears you have tried to resolve the issue independently or sought help from another professional during this period, the warranty will be void, and we will be unable to assist. Corrective services will not be considered after 48 hours post-service.

 

**No Shows**

 

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notifying us, you will need to pay the full service cost before you can book any future appointments. You will also lose your booking fee. No shows are frustrating, as they affect our staff’s income and prevent us from accommodating other clients.

 

**Late Cancellations**

 

If you must cancel your appointment, we kindly request 48 hours' notice. Please be aware that booking fees at BodyBliss are non-refundable, so if you cancel within this time frame, you will forfeit your booking fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours will also incur a 50% charge of the total service cost. The individual stylist will decide whether to apply a fee based on the specifics of the cancellation and their policy.

 

**Late Arrivals**

 

To respect the time of other clients and our stylists/therapists, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointments. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in the forfeiture of your appointment and booking fee, and you may incur a rebooking charge. The final decision lies with the stylist/therapist.

 

**Deposits**

 

All our stylists and therapists are self-employed. For large service appointments, especially color treatments, a booking fee is required. This fee secures your appointment and will be deducted from your final bill. The booking fee is non-refundable; if you rearrange, cancel, or miss your appointment, the fee will be lost.
